In each coaching session we will dive deep into YOU. We will work through your triggers and barriers to unlock your ultimate potential. Each coaching session is 1 hour.

A full introduction to The WAVE Process blueprint with your coach. Learn how triggers and disconnection cause chaos and power struggles, and how The WAVE Process can help you unlock your potential for success in any situation, from backyards to boardrooms. This is a live 2 hour talk via video conferencing.

Learn a specific way of communicating that is based in scientific research. You’ll learn to create safety and trust to keep the brain in open mode, so that you can pick up when there is disconnection or triggers within yourself and others. With the blueprint you’ll be able to move through tough situations quickly so you can stay connected and find win-win solutions even when there is conflict.

These 15 - 30 min calls support you when faced with being triggered, challenged with your team or you’re needing to make a big decision.

Whether you are starting from scratch or you want to update your mission, vision, and values—this 2 hour session (team can be included) either in person or virtual is a foundational part of knowing your “why” and creating a connected and empowering culture.

Through coaching we get to the core of any limiting behavior, communication and decision making and create new empowering references and skills resulting in increased motivation, productivity and flow.

You will learn the WAVE process which is a self-coaching and communication tool that keeps you in your higher brain. Breath work and meditation are often 2 modalities that are introduced to decrease stress. Depending on your personal needs other techniques are available.

The WAVE Process creates change from the inside out. You can learn skills or frameworks, but if they don’t shift our blindspots, limiting beliefs or patterns, then we will fall back into old habits.

Although the exact time amount can vary and is personal to your situation, approximately two hours a week along with practicing in real time what you’re learning is important to the success of the program. The more you consciously put into it the more you will get out of it.

12 1:1 coaching sessions with Kim (at least once a week) and 4 Emergency calls when challenged gives you the personal connection you need to break limiting patterns and build new positive ways of thinking, acting and communicating- taking you to the next level.
